About Citlali Torres

With my past job experiences, my skill set ranges widely from retail merchandising, customer service, product knowledge to creating artwork, and studio/lab work. Having four years of retail and customer service experience, I have been able to work in fast-paced work environments, learn new techniques quickly, troubleshoot and address inquiries from customers of all ages. Working retail jobs has also given me the opportunity to improve my communication skills not only with my coworkers but also with the management team. I prioritize regularly reporting progress and completion updates on projects. In doing so, I cultivated a can-do attitude, active listening and following protocols, which transformed me into a promising asset to all work teams I’ve joined. My work ethic, organization, and leadership skills were noticed by management who then welcomed me to the team, and took me under their wing to become a stronger associate.
