As a Recruiter/HR Specialist at Episcopal Community Services (ECS), I lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse programs in the behavioral health sector. I collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements, coordinate interviews, and implement creative sourcing methods. I also ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and support the HR team with onboarding activities. I have a BA in International Business from San Diego State University, with an emphasis on Japanese and Asia Pacifica, and a marketing focus. I have previous experience as a social media manager and as an Assistant Language Teacher on the JET Program, where I lived and worked in Japan for a year.
