About Cj Basolo

An experienced Hospitality professional having gained experience working at high touch luxury hotels and resorts such as multiple Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and other luxury boutique properties. My overall focus is in the guest experience and improving training and quality services of associates. Through my extensive personal and professional experience in luxury settings, I am able to cultivate a team that does not just know what luxury service is, but lives and breathes by integrating it into the culture of the Front Office. Through my experience in operations leadership roles I have continually placed a large emphasis on the onboarding process and continual development of associates. Through these two processes I have learned that not only does it set the tone to new associates, and ensure a streamlined training system, but also makes associates feel valued and makes them feel that they are given the tools needed to succeed in their roles. Through continued training and development associates not only continue to feel engaged in their roles but also more empowered to take additional roles, or scenarios with guests.
