I like to use the word “partnership” when I work with practices. We share in each other’s successes. If I hold up my end of the deal, and you hold up your end of the deal – everyone wins at the end of the day! I achieve these partnerships by setting honest and realistic expectations, transparent processes and ongoing support and customer service to make sure the wheels don’t fall off.Throughout my career, there has only been one constant – change. Change in management, change in products, change in direction, change in objectives. I have been lucky to work with those who embrace change, and even luckier to work with those who have not. When the gears of change start moving, there is very little that can be done to stop it. Adjusting to these changes – together as a team – have always resulted in some of the best professional experiences I have had. Having been involved in all levels of change - the employee, the manager, the trainer, the sales rep – I can empathize on almost every level. Change does not come easy, but preaching a consistent, focused message and not leaving anyone behind are the keys to making the idea of change to a working reality.At Dispense Doc, we introduce a new idea – our physician’s dispensing program - to an ever-changing industry.
