With over 20 years of IT and management experience and enormous success as a business owner, I am skilled in developing strong teams that guide companies along their digital transformation from on-premise environments to the cloud. I am a highly focused, creative problem-solver who is always looking for opportunities to help my customers streamline their business processes, enhance security protocols, and improve service levels, while driving revenue and consumption of Microsoft cloud services. Leveraging my deep understanding of Microsoft products, I have defined way forward for organizations that have been in various stages of development, facing challenging in achieving short & long-term goals. Prior to my current position at Boot Networks Global Support, Inc, I have managed large data centers, technical support and system administration teams, and started and sold a successful web hosting company.
