About Cj Wagoner

As the General Manager of Howl at the Moon, a national chain of live music bars, I oversee the daily operations, staff management, and financial performance of the San Antonio location. I have more than 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, starting as a Bartender and rising to the Assistant General Manager position before becoming the General Manager in 2019. I have a strong background in operations management and management, with skills in budgeting, inventory, customer service, marketing, and event planning. I am passionate about creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for our guests, staff, and performers, while ensuring the profitability and growth of our business. I am always looking for new ways to improve our operations, enhance our services, and attract more customers. I value teamwork, innovation, and excellence, and I strive to foster a positive and collaborative culture among our team. I am proud to be part of Howl at the Moon, a leading entertainment destination that celebrates music, diversity, community and the relentless pursuit of the unforgettable night out. I am now moving onto the next chapter of my life and am looking for a company that I can learn from and grow with.
