My work experience has varied from being an employee to a business owner, and from an operator to an HR professional. I am invaluable in bringing multiple strategic perspectives. I prefer to be fully engaged in my work and seldom count how long I am working or studying towards something once I have made a commitment. I have a knack for understanding people well and I can discover the strengths and deficiencies in people easily and use this knowledge to create highly functional and effective teams and in turn sucess in an organization. I take delight in exactness, precision and accuracy and as such I check, revise and streamline processes. Not only am I attracted to difficult challenges but I also enjoy generating creative solutions and executing them. I spend a great deal of time developing myself.
