I found my passion for helping people when I was 15 and a waitress. It took me quite a few career changes to realize that HR was where I thrived and what allowed me to not only help people, but to learn from them, as well. I have been blessed to be on the Employee Services side, as well as the Talent Acquisition side, while also handling several other responsibilities including payroll, process improvements, severance, RIFs, and more. One of my favorite projects was the opportunity to train all hourly recruiters at each of our United States locations on the Workday hiring lifecycle process (from creation of requisitions to the end of the hire event). I spend a lot of my free time on LinkedIn, reading self growth books, and trying to learn as much as possible!(If you have any HR related or self growth related books/courses you highly recommend, please reach out!)
