Excellent customer satisfaction, experience and relationships passionates me. Through the years, I developed skills and experience in the field of customer satisfaction, experience and relationships management. For years I work in the restaurant and event industry. Making the customers smile gives me energy. I have always wondered how to implement this type of satisfaction and experience of the catering industry into the retail world. From that moment on, my mission started: making customers smile in all kinds of businesses, industries and cultures. To expand my knowledge, I decided to study International Business at Avans University. I gained more experience in subjects such as marketing, logistics & supply chain management, sustainability, leadership and finance. Every item aims for maximal reaction on the customer demand in the sense of attraction, time, costs, experience or protection. During my study, I did two internships:* Customer experience & satisfaction internship at de Bijenkorf the Hague:''How can de Bijenkorf the Hague surpass the expectations of the customers?''*Customer relationship & satisfaction internship at Wereldhave Belgium -> The problem aimed to attract and satisfy a (new) customer type: local entrepreneurs:''How can Wereldhave Belgium successfully merge local entrepreneurs to their shopping centre portfolios?'' The internships gave me more insight into the customer experience, satisfaction and relationship management in retail and real estate, B2C and B2B and also in different industries: department stores & shopping centres. To continue my journey, I decided to study a master at Tilburg University: Data Science & Society. Data is becoming increasingly important to gain quicker insight into customer demand and react to those needs. I aim to have a better understanding of mining, understanding, analysing and translating data which can be combined with my IB study: using the data to develop the right strategy and satisfy the customer.
