My sense of achievement comes from delivering solutions that make a difference. Building the strategy, projects and communications that can deliver inspiration, information and (every now and then) bring about change for the better. My passion is business strategy that involves attitudinal and behavioural change and using market and customer insight to develop new opportunities.
