I am pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at Liverpool Hope University, where I am on the Social Science Deans List 2023. I am passionate about sustainability, education, and societal behaviours, and I aspire to continue my academic career with a master's degree and a research and policy role in the future. I am eager to learn from and work with other professionals in the industry, and to contribute to the advancement of social science and its applications. As a Supervisor at Clogau, I lead a team of sales assistants in delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. I also manage the stock, merchandising, and visual standards of the store, ensuring compliance with the brand guidelines and policies. I have gained valuable skills and experience in luxury goods, team leadership, and retail operations.
