Surround yourself with like minded people, who are passionate and determined, as only then will the magic really happen. My name is Claire and I am the Charity Co-ordinator and Trustee for 'Be The Difference'. After suffering with my own mental health seriously in the past and recognising the lack of support available, this was my chance to make a difference. What started as an accident in 2019, during a spin class, to David Bowie's, Under Pressure, rapidly grew and has now become a registered Charity which our community relies on. We save lives everyday by ensuring you get the right support at the right time! We aim to bridge the gaps between long waiting lists and the lack of support, as no one should feel all alone and that there is no point. Our services can only run with your support though! You can BE THE DIFFERENCE! Please if you can help support us in anyway, through donations, sponsorships, fundraising, events or linking up with us, please get in touch.
