About Claire Daly

I have a passion for entertainment, whether I'm performing or working behind the scenes! My first acting role was portraying Little Lucy in Circle Theater's production of "The Orphan Train"​ in 1997. When I was in the fifth grade I was chosen by the Michigan Reading Association as one of Michigan's new up and coming writers and had a short story published in Kaleidoscope Magazine. In 2010 I did an appearance on the radio station 97.9 WGRD as a contestant on the dating talk show "Dahmer After Dark Dating Game,"​ which led to an internship at the station. That year I also scored a role as a background actor ("party girl"​) in Joel Paul Reisig's film "Win By Fall"​ After much networking within the Grand Rapids music scene, I was contacted by the record label Red Planet, which is affiliated with Fireproof Music LLC/Team Elavate/Island Def Jam, to do some background vocals and ended up writing and recording a song with Scot Shippy and Leighton King, among other local musicians. During school and after graduating from Aquinas College with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, I worked part time as a Brand Ambassador. In addition to doing promotional gigs, I worked as general event staff at various local concerts and festivals. I am constantly bringing people onto jobs when I can and love matching people up with opportunities that suit their personalities and skills! One of my biggest projects this year was recruiting and managing a team of 100 parking employees for Electric Forest Festival, which allowed me to practice both macro- and micro-management. I really developed and strengthened my leadership skills during that project! I also do some paralegal work for an attorney in Grand Rapids when I have the time.
