About Claire E. Jones

How does one succinctly sum up a richly varied and multi-faceted career? My journey spans a dozen companies across diverse industries, including world-class art organizations, mom-and-pop retail shops, advertising agencies, pet care companies, global shipping firms, medical clinics, SaaS startups, and school transportation departments. From the onset of my working years in high school, I aimed to make a positive impact in my local and global communities. I focused my employment on fair trade stores, local arts centers, and summer art camps, rather than conventional retail jobs. Pursuing Art History in college honed my critical thinking and communication skills. My public speaking journey began at the Ringling Museum of Art, and my work was published in peer-reviewed journals. A transformative experience at Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London deepened my passion for art law and the global art market, leading me to work at art libraries, galleries, and international art fairs. After graduation, I worked in Rights & Reproductions at the Seattle Art Museum and Festival Management at the Actors Theatre of Louisville. These roles enhanced my project management abilities and showcased my strong organizational skills, culminating in my contribution to drafting a legal operating agreement for the theatre’s restaurant tenant. Thriving in fast-paced environments, I transitioned into business management to drive operational efficiencies. As a consultant, coach, strategist, and advisor, I facilitated impactful change across dozens of businesses. As an entrepreneur, I embraced thought leadership through interviews, speeches, and podcasts, aiming to simplify complex concepts. I have directed multi-channel marketing campaigns, improved outreach strategies, and enhanced employee engagement, believing that better people create better businesses for a better world. My education at the NeuroLeadership Institute also taught me to align productivity with wellness, emphasizing the connection between collaboration, innovation, and effective leadership. Most recently, I launched my publishing business, writing, publishing, and selling my debut novel in under nine months. It quickly achieved top rankings and international reach, leading to the publication of additional novels, planners, and journals.
