These transformations have included the adoption of new technologies to modernise data practices and establishing new operating frameworks- Successfully rebuilt underperforming teams resulting in delivery of increased business value, improved clarity for stakeholders and team members and improved team engagement- Delivered a significant uplift in frontline offer response by successfully designing and leading the implementation of of a real time offer management capability- Developed analytics technology roadmap to uplift and modernise advanced analytics tooling.Areas of expertise include data and analytics strategy, people leadership, stakeholder engagement, business intelligence and advanced analytics.
