I am firm believer that data and analytics is a team sport, and I have a track record of creating high performing cross functional teams that work collaboratively with stakeholders. Key Achievements - Designed and delivered strategic transformations of data and analytics teams that enabled significant improvements in team efficiencies and business value. These transformations have included the adoption of new technologies to modernise data practices and establishing new operating frameworks- Successfully rebuilt underperforming teams resulting in delivery of increased business value, improved clarity for stakeholders and team members and improved team engagement- Delivered a significant uplift in frontline offer response by successfully designing and leading the implementation of of a real time offer management capability- Developed analytics technology roadmap to uplift and modernise advanced analytics tooling. Throughout my career, I have received multiple awards and recognitions for my achievements and contributions, including the ANZ CEO Recognition Award and the Gold Nexus Award for CRM and Data Management.
