About Claire Ford

The feeling I get from being creative is like a dopamine explosion of colour, ideas coming to life from thought to pixel. My earliest memories of creativity as a child come from sketching the landscape while boating through Georgian Bay. Since then, my passion for art and design has evolved from pencil and paper to tablet and screen. I am an ideas person who is great at creating something out of nothing. I thrive on creating solutions that evoke emotion and tell a story. As a designer with an arts background I am able to lead projects from conceptual ideation through to completion and analyze metrics to evolve the creative to achieve maximum results and conversion. I also always push the limits on design and show strong leadership in this. As a manager I am passionate about mentoring and empowering the team to grow their careers and skills within the company. I meet with each designer one-on-one bi-weekly to listen, mentor, inspire and create development plans.
