About Claire Hetzel

With almost 20 years experience working in senior roles within a diverse range of not-for-profit organisations, I have a passion for enabling community-driven initiatives. My diverse skill set has been honed working across landscape restoration, urban forestry and urban agriculture, as well as the education and health sectors. In my time at Landcare Victoria, I have focussed on developing strong partnerships and delivering improvements to member services, capacity development projects, governance and engagement. I am a people-focused, highly intuitive collaborator with excellent stakeholder management skills. I am motivated by core values of critical thinking, inclusivity, respectfulness and caring for Country. I hold a Bachelor of Horticulture and a Master of Education (Social Ecology).
