Passionate Educator | Advocate for Equity | SIOP-Certified Instructor | Lifelong Learner As a dedicated educator with 6 years of experience, I am committed to fostering academic, social, and emotional growth in every student I teach. With a Master’s in Teaching from the University of Virginia and years of experience working with diverse student populations, I strive to create inclusive, data-driven learning environments where all students can thrive. My expertise includes curriculum development, instructional design, and research-backed methodologies such as the Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol (SIOP), which equips me to support multilingual learners and English language learners effectively. In addition to my classroom experience, I have contributed to educational research as a Graduate Research Assistant at UVA’s School of Education and Human Development, where I helped develop curriculum evaluation tools to enhance student learning outcomes. Currently serving North Andover Public Schools in Massachusetts, I am deeply committed to addressing educational inequities and ensuring that every student receives the support they need to succeed.
