About Claire McFee

Claire has more than 12 years of environmental consulting experience, with four years of management experience. She is proficient in conducting and managing soil surveys and monitoring programs across western Canada. She has received training in Project Management and has managed projects for medium and large-scale multi-disciplinary projects. She readily completes baseline assessments, pre-disturbance assessments (PDA), pre-disturbance site assessments (PDSA), conservation, operation, and reclamation planning (CORP) reporting, and environmental impact assessment (EIA). As a manager, she helps team members understand their roles in a project to operate more efficiently and achieve a shared goal. Implementing regular check-in meetings to listen and respond to questions or concerns from direct reports to learn how to better support team members. As a people leader with technical expertise, Claire has expertise in prioritizing tasks and maintaining an organized workflow, as well as effective problem-solving skills to quickly resolve potential conflicts in the workplace and on project work.
