About Claire Phillips

I help nurse leaders and mission-driven healthcare teams build smart, people-first systems that improve care and retain staff without relying on heroic overtime or “just work harder” pep talks. I help health-care organizations achieve measurable, sustainable change so they can deliver safer care, keep great nurses, and hit their strategic goals without costly trial-and-error projects. From the bedside to the boardroom, I’ve lived every layer of the system. Drawing on a DNP in Health Innovation & Leadership and many years inside busy ERs, I bring evidence-based systems-thinking tools, service-design frameworks, and plain-language coaching nurses actually use. We co-design solutions, embed them with the team, and celebrate the wins-big or small. Our mission: train nurses to lead systems change by 2030. Led the design and creation of Change Maker Essentials, a 12-week program now used by nurses worldwide to launch successful change projects.
