Claire Ritchie, director of No One Left Out, is author of the PIE toolkit. and commissioner of the award winning Lambeth Psychology in Hostels, Waterloo Project. The project was the first to embed full-time clinical psychologists within the staff team, delivering an impactful health and social care partnership between Lambeth Council, Thames Reach, and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.'Claire’s unique experiences; commissioner, provider of services and passionate long term advocate of PIE’s made her the perfect choice to create the toolkit. We now reference it in all procurement for rough sleepers.' Westminster Commissioning Manager Claire is currently working with NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board, to become the first integrated system to become trauma informed. She is also developing a PIE assessment tool with homeless services commissioned by the Isle of Wight as an associate of Outcome Home.
