About Claire Roberts

As an experienced HR Administrator with a passion for people management, I have spent the last 2 years at MM Group undertaking all aspects of HR administration. From recruitment and onboarding to employment contracts, timesheet management, FTE reporting, sickness absence management, and HR metrics, I have been responsible for ensuring that our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. Recently, I completed my CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, which has given me a deeper understanding of HR best practices and has allowed me to develop my skills in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Prior to my role as an HR Administrator, I worked as a Business Support Coordinator, experienced in all aspects of procurement and contract/service agreement management, timesheet coordinating, overtime approval and invoice queries. Before that, I worked as an Account Executive responsible for managing customer demands, processing purchase orders. I also oversaw orderbooks and created new label specifications to ensure that customer orders were fulfilled accurately and efficiently. My attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously allowed me to excel in this role and deliver high-quality results to our customers. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. I am excited to continue growing my career in HR and am always looking for new opportunities to learn and develop my skills.
