I am currently completing my final semester of a dual degree in Psychology and Business with a major in Human Resource Management. My academic journey has sparked my passion for understanding how organisations can leverage their workforce to achieve their business objectives. I am currently working as a People and Culture Administrator at Urbis, where I play a role in supporting various HR functions. My role involves actioning different components of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, drafting employment agreements, as well as general administrative tasks supporting the People & Culture department. Through both my academic studies and professional experiences, I have developed a strong interest in strategic HR practices and their impact on organisational success.
