A creative thinker, writer and strategist with 10+ years of experience in start-up, agency and in-house marketing and creative teams. I'm passionate about using stories and compelling content to drive conversion. But I also thrive on thinking about content holistically and asking the questions that matter: how are we measuring the content performance; how could we improve CX through content and design; should we A/B test the colours and microcopy of CTAs to improve CTRs; what optimisations can we make to improve organic rankings? I want to create content that is measurable, and works for the right person at the right time. With a background in both digital and print, content marketing, journalism and editing, I’m a detailed-obsessed content strategist and creator, with scrupulous subbing and proofing skills. I’m experienced in planning and creating editorial and commercial content, as well as developing content strategies, editorial plans, tone of voice style guides, and cross-team workflows, processes and documentation. Special areas of interest: travel, fitness, sports, food.
