In November 2023 Claire moved to a Non Executive Director role at Inclusive Employers.Claire has expertise in diversity, inclusion, performance management, learning and development and employee relations. Having previously managed a large HR function, her background in the field is broad and based on practical experience of managing large and small organisations.A Fellow of the CIPD, Claire has worked in HR since graduating but sees the years at Inclusive Employers as the most rewarding so far - the organisation has had massive impact in 100s of workplaces - making individuals and businesses ore successful.
