About Claire Wither

I help nonprofits sustain their mission-critical work by ensuring continuity, clarity, and value in their technology partnerships. As a Renewal Specialist at Bonterra, I manage high-stakes conversations with nonprofit organizations that run on software — and make sure that the tools powering their fundraising, advocacy, and grantmaking don’t slip through the cracks when the contract clock runs out. This role sits at a rare intersection: part legal interpreter, part client advocate, part systems thinker. I know exactly how to navigate the pressure of fixed budgets, approval layers, and shifting leadership — and I do it while ensuring we renew not just deals, but trust. What I bring to the table: Mastery of SaaS renewal workflows (term, fees, caps, auto-renewals — all the good stuff) A calm, strategic approach under volume and velocity Deep familiarity with how nonprofit procurement and fiscal calendars really work Sharp written communication (I craft emails that get answers)Internally, I’m the kind of person who builds clarity across Sales, Legal, CS, and Finance. Externally, I help clients feel like they have someone on their side — because they do.
