I am a film scholar and trained film preservationist based in Stockholm, Sweden. I am currently looking for teaching or research opportunities. I use my dual training as a film scholar and film preservationist in my teaching, as film archiving practices allow me to give students a new understanding of film history, film technology, and museum studies. While I specialize in silent film, I received strong historical and aesthetical training in general film studies at Université Paris Diderot and in media studies, media theory and visual and cultural studies at the University of Rochester.
