I genuinely enjoyed my role as a well seasoned Talent Acquisition/Human Resources Business Partner with more than 15 years of international commercial experience within a range of multinationals across Financial Services, IT, Telecom, Retail, Administration and Customer Services in Ireland and Spain. I hold two Bachelor Degrees in Social Work and Sociology from the reputable University of Salamanca (Spain). I also hold 2 Masters in HRM and Direction and Executive & Life Coaching. Moreover, I achieved 4 Black Belt Certifications in Technical Recruiting, Social Selling, Strategic Sourcing and Internet Recruitment. Working knowledge of a wide range of Human resource disciplines such as DEI, CRM, Data analysis, Employee relations, Performance Management, Coaching, Education & Learning and Talent Management. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS): Workday, Bullhorn, Daxtra, Cube19, CoreHR, Herefish and BrightHR.
