About Clara Beyler

Ms. Beyler is Osen LLC’s research director, where she conducts research and analysis for the Firm’s counter-terrorism practice. Ms. Beyler supports and enhances the Firm’s ability to provide value-added strategic advice with respect to terrorism risks, counter-terrorism financing, state sponsors of terrorism and their financiers, and threat mitigation. Fluent in French and Hebrew, Ms. Beyler’s expertise includes generating and updating data linkage models for terrorist organizations, national and global security policy analysis, and tracking current trends in counter-terrorism financing. Ms. Beyler earned her undergraduate degree in International Relations and Gender Studies from the American University of Paris in 2001, and in 2008 earned a Master’s degree summa cum laude in Military and Diplomatic History from Tel Aviv University. Prior to joining Osen LLC, Ms. Beyler worked as a counter-terrorism analyst for the International Policy Institute for Counter-Terrorism in Herzliya, Israel, where, in addition to other security and terrorism issues, she focused particularly on the subject of female suicide bombers. Ms. Beyler also worked as a counter-terrorism analyst and researcher in Washington, D.C, New York and Paris. Ms. Beyler is a published author on counter-terrorism and security issues.
