About Clara Brooks

With over seven years at Framework, I’m currently working as a Supporter Engagement and Income Generation Officer. I focus on developing and managing meaningful corporate fundraising relationships, helping to align business values with impactful, mission-driven work that supports some of the most vulnerable people in our communities. I’m particularly drawn to partnerships rooted in purpose, and I bring strategic thinking, empathy, and clarity to the process of building and sustaining them. In addition to my role at Framework, I also work as a psychotherapist in private practice, having completed my MSc training in 2024. My therapeutic practice is grounded in a person-centred and relational approach, which means I prioritise empathy, authenticity, and a genuine therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing and growth. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and reconnect with their own sense of agency. At the core of both professional paths is a deep commitment to human connection. Whether that’s through empowering individuals in therapy or fostering partnerships that drive social change.
