About Clara Conover
I work full time as Lead Organizer for the Ohio Student Association, an organization that’s been building power for college students in Ohio since 2012. I’ve been organizing with OSA since my senior year of college at Miami University, starting on staff as Digital Organizer, where I managed press, created OSA’s 2024 election messaging strategy, and organized student leaders in supporting OSA comms work. This spring at OSA, I’ll be training and coaching student leaders statewide to win funding for higher education in the FY 26-27 Ohio state budget, as well as to stop Ohio’s SB 1, a bill we’ve been fighting at OSA since 2023. I'm a proud Cincinnatian passionate about pairing my skills in writing, design, art, and organizing with my love of grassroots work movement work. As someone driven by social change, my work centers around strengthening the political power of young people as we create a future that works for all of us.
