I was a member of ExCo and Audit Committee. Appointed to the board of Jazz FM based on prior independent advisory work, I provided leadership on corporate transactions, fundraising, broadcasting regulation, key projects and human resources. Whilst in private practice, I identified the opportunity to create a more commercially-focused business advisory offer for SMEs and start-up clients and grew a thriving independent practice in media, technology, PR and brand agency. 6 years PQE in private practice at Magic Circle and US law firms. I have served as Chair and Trustee of arts organisations for 20 years. I’m also a keynote speaker and panellist on ESG regulation and the General Counsel's role in sustainability.
