About Clara Gentner

Great work comes from passionate people. And I am one of them!My passion originated at just the awe of the work; wanting to create beautiful buildings and thoughtful design. But over the course of my experience, I gradually have gained a deep appreciation for how that beauty is generated and it's not just from talent. Architecture and design really comes together when the people working on the project are excited and highly engaged. Not only does the team have great leadership and clear objectives but it has highly motivated individuals who are happy doing exactly what they are doing in that moment. That is where my passion has begun to develop, how can I be the leader and colleague that inspires people to bring their best to the table? It's this question that has driven my efforts and helped deliver quality to clients because where we succeed is where the work succeeds.
