About Clara Loeb

I am a professionally trained violist, originally coming to London to pursue my Masters in Music. As soon as I arrived, I became a founding member of a string quartet called the Echea Quartet. We performed together for several years across Europe and North & South America, even doing a 2 month tour in British Columbia. During the pandemic, I decided to leave the quartet to pursue a career as a chef in the vegan food industry. I worked in a few cafes before becoming a Chef de Partie at Tendril- a (mostly) vegan kitchen, and eventually their Operations Manager (also creating their most popular dessert still to this day- the vegan chocolate tiramisu). After several years in the restaurant industry, I decided to go back to my music roots a year ago and now work in the management side of classical music in an agency. We manage a wide variety of musicians, from conductors to instrumentalists, and help them develop their careers as well as support them by taking care of a lot of the administrative duties of a professional musician, so that they can focus on their performances.
