About Clara McClane

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years’ experience serving diverse groups of people with therapy, care management, and addiction support. I possess advanced knowledge of intervention strategies and broad clinical experience facilitating therapy. I have a wide range of experience in comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, psychotherapy, and treatment planning. Effective and clear communication in both written and verbal formats is one of my strengths. I enjoy being a mentor and leader and have deep experience in developing and implementing policies and programs, strengthening teams, and improving processes. More personal: I love working with anyone focused on finding their way to whole person wellness. I have a passion for working with adults of all ages, from late teens through older adults. Sharing the journey with those struggling with addiction and finding their way back to their most authentic, healthiest selves feels like a gift to me. I am enthusiastic about developing programming with creative approaches to solving problems and developing more effective approaches. I feel strengthening community partnerships is one of the best ways to make our communities work better. I deeply believe that everyone deserves to be heard and that we all deserve a safety net.
