About Clara Moreno

Enthusiastic and confident, Clara is currently working as Information Manager at Mott MacDonald engineering Consultancy. Over 12-year experienced Coastal Engineer with a solid project management background focused on information management for the last 5 years of her professional career. So far has led the design and management of long term sustainable coastal infrastructure projects across the globe from £15K to £800K in fees. Full member of Association for Project Management (MAPM) and passionate Information Manager, particularly interested in the application of new technologies to add efficiency to project delivery, enhance collaboration as well as maximize the value from project data. Approachable and confident, with strong communication and people skills. Extensive experience in contract management, particularly in the application of NEC contracts and generally in the minimisation of project risks through a pro-active can-do attitude and project planning. As MAPM and certified Scrum Master, Clara is interested in her continuous professional development as Project Manager and more particularly in the implementation of Agile management during project delivery, bridging across best practice Information Management and project management capabilities. Having being involved within the whole lifecycle of projects from conception to construction, she has acquired experience and knowledge in optioneering, stakeholder engagement, environmental assessments and has led planing consultation. As site supervisor, Clara has acquired a great experience in liaising with third parties and client alike for both Spanish and UK schemes.
