About Clara Nipper

I will exceed expectations. I am a highly self-motivated team player with a record of increasing leadership, trust and responsibility, as well as creative initiative, problem-solving and effective teaching. I am currently assigned to a data center job with more than three thousand workers onsite and between that job and all my Amazon warehouse experience, I am comfortable with large crowds and guiding safety walks, teaching classes, and addressing questions. However, I also thrive being the solo Safety pro, as I was on most of my other projects. My goals are to be a Safety asset who works in a collaborative manner to coach and instruct workers and ultimately, to get them home injury-free each day as well as providing valuable education and training as needed and to contribute to a company's already stellar and successful Safety program.
