VISION To be an agent of change by promoting HR culture and processes within organizations, enhancing individual talent to create value for companies and improve the competitiveness of the national system. PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY I have developed my professional career primarily within the HR department of Dimar S.p.A, a leading company in the modern retail sector in the Piedmont region. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to contribute—together with my team—to the organizational development of the company through the acquisition of other businesses and the continuous opening of new stores and business models in both Piedmont and Liguria. Reporting directly to the ownership and working closely with top management, I have implemented and managed the HR function, strengthening cross-functional expertise across all HR areas. I have focused particularly on recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for both headquarters staff and store employees. I have led key HR training projects aimed at supporting and consolidating new retail business models. Believing in people and in their infinite ability to generate value for the organization, genuine alignment with company values, and the promotion of a culture centered on individual accountability define my managerial style and my role as an HR Business Partner within the organization. In this perspective, here are the special projects developed also through a local network: Management of company mergers and three major corporate acquisitions Development of the “Young Talents” project Development of HR training programs: “The Role of the Store Manager in the 4.0 Era” (2017–2024) Intercultural help desk in logistics DEI development & disability management project Design and delivery of training programs on communication, neuromanagement, and neuroselection.
