Hi! I'm Clara, professional ecotherapist, outdoor guide, and mental resilience expert - I empower women leaders to grow their own natural resources and mental resilience so they can thrive in their personal and professional lives. Forged by a global life journey living in eight countries and fluency in four languages, I bring a multicultural perspective that elevates resilience and adaptability to new levels of self-mastery. My Master's degree in Psychology and Education from Columbia University, along with certifications in Ecotherapy and Positive Intelligence, have equipped me with evidence-based tools to ignite lives of purpose and fulfillment in my clients. As a trailblazer, I partner with organizations and communities to lead transformative nature experiences and mental resilience workshops. My innovative programs radically activate peak potential and wellbeing in women leaders while extending their positive impact in the world. Previous and current partnerships include Microsoft, Women in Cloud, Land Paths, and prestigious Ivy League academia stakeholders. Fun facts about me: I am retired competitive equestrian with over 2 decades riding on the international circuit. Now in my free time you’ll find me catching waves on my surfboard or hiking Northern California trails, when I am not visiting family and friends in my native country of France.
