With over seven years of experience in pharmaceuticals and medical devices have gained extensive knowledge of the industry. I have held a variety of roles during this time including operator, material handler, shift lead delegate and research and development specialist. As an operative I gained valuable experience operating complex machinery and systems, ensuring to meet the production schedule while adhering safety and quality protocols as well as operating procedures. During my time as Shift Lead Delegate I learned what was involved in supervising a team and ensuring the production goals were met. Deviation handing, A3 problem solving a creation of procedures were all part of this role. Material handling gave me an understanding of the Supply Chain process and inventory management. In addition to the these I have developed strong skills in customer service and leadership development. I have experience managing and developing teams, training new employees and fostering a positive work environment. Over all I am a versatile professional with a wide range or skills and experiences across multiple industries. I am a driven and dedicated individual who is committed to delivering high quality results and exceeding expectations.
