An innovative and collaborative Transformation Delivery Consultant, with a keen interest in Change Management. I've provided various Stakeholder engagement services to clients within the Financial Services industry, providing project management support and facilitating change management for a Digital Transformation programme for an Irish Bank, encouraging customer migration to automated and digital banking platforms. Acting as the first point of contact for problem solving and advisory against fraudulent activities. Working closely with senior management and senior financial advisers during the implementation of the digital transformation initiative to facilitate change management for customers, implementing a client-centric approach. Working with clients across a variety of industries, where I have honed my skills in change management, customer communications, and stakeholder engagement & adoption. I worked closely with senior management, providing change management support as part of the organisation change implementation. Supported the turn-around of a distressed workstream by addressing delivery issues and concerns of quality and rigour in the modelling development and test approach, establishing it as a change champion for other workstreams in the portfolio.​ Assisted in stakeholder engagement, facilitating working groups to ensure a smooth transition to Business As Usual.​ Managed documentation, budget, and resource reconciliations, and provided resource support to workstream leads. I hold a certificate in KPMG Behavioural Change Management, Prince2 Foundation for Project Management certification, and ESG Transformation from the University of Cambridge. Student Sport Ireland Women's Rugby representative for UCC, facilitated and coordinated Student Sports initiatives, game & league management. I have a deep understanding of player & sport's psychology and the aspects of a 'Growth Mindset'. I was Captain for UCC Women’s rugby team 2021/22. I played a key role in planning events, organising activities, behind the scenes team meetings, public speaking as well as catering to and addressing the needs of fellow teammates. I initiated continuous feedback sessions into the team management approach to form the basis of making future change progression. Actively listening to and engaging with players, management staff and the wider sport community within the University. Key areas of interest include change management, culture change and digital transformation.
