About Clare Beavis

I am an energetic development executive, senior producer, director and an award-winning creative, working across broadcast, digital and corporate media. My broadcast experience covers a range of genres within factual television including pioneering primetime formats and access-led feature documentaries. I specialise in tackling complex and sensitive subjects and working with vulnerable contributors. Through Pearl Films I create film campaigns for brands, charities and businesses and produce and direct high quality short-form films for multi-platforms, with particular expertise in content relating to psychology, mental health and wider social issues. I created, produced and directed 'One More Minute' for national charity Child Bereavement UK, taking the whole film campaign from conception to delivery on TV and social media. The campaign won Charity Film of the Year 2019 at the Charity Film Awards which celebrate the effective use of videos by the third sector ‘that have the power to move, to warm hearts, to inspire, to engage. to change the world.'
