BEING CALM IN BUSINESS IS POSSIBLE! Until 2015, I was a Headteacher. I got so stressed, I burnt out & had to resign. An amazing twist meant that I started a business, but I got so caught up in seeking calm, it became like a crazy side hustle. Then I was coached The Inside Out Way & had such a huge transformation that I closed my first business & retrained to be an inside out coach myself.
