About Clare Fader

One of the city's top producing agents, Clare Fader has called Winston Salem home since 1998. Born in England and raised in Ireland, she has moved over a dozen times, including internationally to Canada and Scandinavia. Today, Clare is firmly rooted in Winston Salem as a passionate member of the local community. She lives in the Historic West End with her husband, Brad, and two children, Calum and Thea. Clare is a serious lover of the arts, once touring the east coast as the lead singer for Clare Fader and The Vaudevillains. Their music was even heard on MTV! Although she no longer performs, Clare sponsors multiple local arts events each year, whether it be a musical performance at the Delta Art Center, or an art opening at SECCA. You can often find her scouring pop-up art shows or shopping for handmade pieces at local shops. Supporting local art galleries and restaurants helps to keep our community thriving and she is proud to be a part of it! Clare’s love of all things unique and different have built her solid reputation for selling unique properties in Winston Salem & surrounding areas. Her real estate stats are impressive. She has a reputation for selling some of the highest price per square foot homes in multiple neighborhoods throughout the city, sales with some of the shortest ‘days on market’ and is an agent with one of the highest average list prices!
