As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Container Solutions, I lead the talent strategy for a global consultancy that helps organizations to adopt cloud-native technologies and practices. With over 20 years of experience in human resources and talent management, I have a track record of delivering results and creating value for diverse and high-performing teams. I am responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for consultants, engineers, and designers who are passionate about innovation and collaboration. I also contribute to the HR transformation initiatives, such as system optimization, policy governance, and diversity and inclusion, to ensure alignment with the business goals and the company culture. As a lifelong learner, I am pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Queensland, and I have recently obtained the Change Management practitioner certification from APMG International. I am driven by the mission of enabling and empowering people to thrive in the cloud-native era.
