Empathetic in her work, Clare strives to empower others to make positive changes to their diet and lifestyle for wellbeing, through a simple, practical, and flexible approach, whether people are just starting out, or are looking for marginal gains. She has recently been asked to take on a wellbeing advisory role for the British Dietitian Associations (BDA) West of Scotland branch.Support is offered through a holistic approach using a comprehensive range of well-developed skills, biochemical analysis, dietary assessment, addressing psychological elements, and goal setting.
