About Clare M Thomas

In my current roles, as a Company Director, I oversee commercial, marketing and operational activities, particularly with regard to operational systems and customer-service systems, managing key customer relationships and project delivery. I have a very hands-on approach to business, developing systems and processes that are customer focused and provide efficient and environmentally aware solutions, whilst ensuring the quality and consistency of any product or service offered to market. As a Registered Principal Designer, CDM Expert, Health & Safety Advisor, and Project Manager, I have significant experience of new-business set-ups and organisational management, administration & operational systems. I have extensive experience as a CDM Co-ordinator / Principal Designer in the housebuilding and commercial sectors, working on projects ranging from multi-million pound infrastructure schemes and masterplan development schemes, to specialist, bespoke housing and commercial schemes. At university, I specialised in Accounting and Engineering and have previously worked in Events Management & Commercial Sponsorship sectors as well as Finance & Accounting within the industrial sector. In my spare time, I love to sing - and also act as Publicity & Website Manager for Hart Voices and Cantorum Nicolai, my two local choirs - and enjoy all things musical, theatrical and cultural.
