Experienced Founder and Director with a demonstrated history of working in the B2B marketing and advertising industry. Clare is a shaper. She co-founded Emberson Group to build a different kind of agency model where employees and partners are as important as the clients. Having challenged the traditional agency model over the last 15 years, her mission now is to help creative businesses start and thrive, supported by the experience, strength and governance of Emberson Group. Clare is a relentless subscriber to ‘people first’ and a strong advocate for sustainability in business and life. She is an ambassador for supportive values driven leadership and is fiercely passionate about helping people and businesses thrive. Her work-life mantra is ‘Do well, do good, feel good’. Strong advocate in raising awareness and elevating the conversation about the menopause in the context of the future of work, for the benefit of women and men. Clare has an Honours Degree in Business Studies, with extensive client-side marketing experience for PLCs in retail, support services, engineering and transport.
