With more than two decades of experience spanning the recruitment and Property sectors, my career has been defined by a forward thinking mindset and a consistent ability to recognise opportunity where others see limitation. I have always approached my work by thinking beyond conventional pathways, embracing innovation early, and seeking more effective ways to create value for both people and organisations.I began my career at 19 after obtaining my Agents Rep Cert, entering Property Management and progressing rapidly into a 2IC position while completing my full agents licence. I later managed my own department with a strong emphasis on business development for a top tier developer. This early immersion in property created a natural transition into recruitment, where I established myself as a trusted specialist within the Victorian real estate market. My reputation was built on honesty, deep industry knowledge, and an ability to understand both individuals and businesses beyond the confines of a job description. In 2011, recognising a clear gap in safe and meaningful networking for Property Managers, I founded the Australian Property Manager Community. Which has evolved into the largest global community of its kind connecting nearly 16K PM’s nationwide. I have been an early adopter of technology, drawn to innovation that enhances efficiency, insight, and scalability. Equally, my philosophy has remained constant. Technology should strengthen human capability rather than replace it. While systems and data are powerful, my greatest strength has always been my ability to truly understand people, relationships, and the often unspoken dynamics that shape successful outcomes.My career includes time as State Property Manager for Vic/Tas with Ray White Corporate. In this role, I trained and mentored offices while managing complex and highly sensitive matters, often resolving serious complaints through measured communication and practical, solutions focused negotiation.I worked briefly within the PropTech sector focusing on compliance and safety frameworks before returning to recruitment across industries including marketing, technology, veterinary, retail, and fashion. While my career has delivered strong commercial outcomes, my motivation has never been driven purely by financial results. I have always been guided by a desire to be exceptional in whatever industry I am part of, particularly through my ability with people. My guiding principle is simple.
